• We collaborate with design professionals (architects and engineers), homeowners, landowners, real estate developers, and general contractors (GCs).

What are the project details?

• Provide the type of project: residential, commercial, mixed-use, life science (lab or BSL), educational (K-12 public schools or higher education), healthcare (hospitals), cleanroom, restaurant, cold storage, data center, hospitality, retail, industrial, government, or historic.

• Indicate the required design disciplines (e.g., A, C, S, M, E, P, T, F, Env, Geo, LA, Ac).

• Indicate whether the project involves new construction, including existing structures, renovation, or new additions, or if it entails demolition.

• Indicate if the project requires new equipment, replacement, modification, or alteration.

• Outline the scope of work, specifying the tasks, deliverables, and goals to be achieved throughout the project.

Provide site layout documents

• Share relevant documentation in the form of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or PDF files that detail the site layout, including structures, roads, utilities, and property boundaries.

Provide existing equipment information

• Provide nameplate information for existing equipment, including lighting systems, HVAC components (such as air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, chillers, and boilers), and associated components like condensers and evaporators.
