We engineered an HVAC and humidity control system for an indoor pool room (natatorium) in a two-story, 4-bed/4.5-bath residence with a finished basement in Alexandria, VA. The system utilizes a DXair DVA outdoor condensing unit paired with an indoor dehumidifier, incorporating integral hot gas reheat and downstream inline electric reheat to maintain precise climate control, occupant comfort, and long-term structural durability.
